Ashtanga Self Practice

Tuesday and Fridays: 7:00-8:30am and Sundays: 7:00-10:00am.

Ashtanga Practice is throughout the year except bank holidays or snow days.  

New Ashtanga timetable coming in June

From mid June we will be taking a more traditional approach to our ashtanga timetable. 
Self practice will be strictly Ashtanga Practice only and will run 6 mornings a week, Sunday to Friday, 7:00-9:00am. 
Rest days: – Saturdays and the full & new moons. 🌑🌕
Opening chant 7:10am
Closing chant 8:30am

This class is for committed, dedicated students. All students must sign up for a regular monthly plan and beginners must first attend either one of my termly Beginners Courses, Gina’s evening beginners classes at GinaYoga or an equivalent else where. Please message or email me if you’re unsure.

Monthly plans:

1 morning a week £35 per month 
2 mornings a week £55 per month
Unlimited mornings £70 per month

Trial sessions £10

Anyone experiencing financial difficulties please email me and we can work something out 🙂 Plans are set up on an honour system. Once your price is agreed I will honour that agreement regardless if my prices go up. It is left at the students discretion to increase. All payments are due on the first working day of each month.

Students already familiar with the ashtanga practice, who are wanting to come for a trial session are more than welcome, please note you will not be adjusted. I like to watch a students practice a few times before getting too involved. I will ‘shake you out’ in savasana if you want though.

Sunday Morning Self Practice

Ashtanga Beginners Course

Tuesday, Friday & Sunday, 7:00am start.  Sunday 1st till Sunday 29th September 2019

Learn the beginning of the Ashtanga Primary Series step by step in a small group. The aim of the course is to give you the confidence to start self practice either at home or in a studio.

Ashtanga Beginners Courses One 2 One

13 Lessons to be arranged over three months. These lessons are structured by content rather time. The first few classes will last under an hour and each class will slowly increase in time with the last few classes lasting over an hour.
