A Gentle Yoga Class
Are you ready for Monday? Prepare for the week ahead with some self-care tonight.
This 20 minute class is designed to help you unwind and prepare for a good nights sleep.
Before watching the video you may want to grab the following props:
- Yoga Mat
- Bolster or Pillows/cushions
- Blanket
All the props are optional so don’t worry about having the ‘right kit’ or not.
